The protection and security of your personal data matter to us. Data on this website is therefore stored and processed solely in accordance with Austrian law and the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This privacy policy applies to this website only. If a link takes you to another site, please check that site's own information on how it handles your data. We process personal data such as your name, address, email address or phone number only in accordance with Austrian data protection law. The sections below explain what personal data we collect, how much, and why.
Please note that data sent over the internet (for example by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.

Contacting us and the inquiry form
If you contact us using the inquiry form, by email or by phone, we process the details you give us (your name, email address, optionally your phone number and the location of the work, and your message) in order to deal with your inquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken prior to entering into a contract). We may need to contact you by email or phone for this. We do not pass your data on to third parties.
To protect the form against automated spam, we store a pseudonymised check value (a hash) of your IP address with each inquiry – not the address itself (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Inquiries are deleted from our system automatically no later than two years after they arrive, unless a legal retention obligation applies.
Server log files
When you visit this website, our hosting provider's web server automatically records technical information sent by your browser (such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser type). This data is used solely to keep the website running smoothly and securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
About cookies
Cookies are small text files placed on your device and stored by your browser. They do not harm your device and do not contain viruses.
This website uses only cookies that are strictly necessary: a security cookie (protection against forged form submissions) when you use the inquiry form, and a short-lived cookie that shows the confirmation after you send it. We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (§ 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021).
You can set your browser to tell you when cookies are being set, and to allow them only case by case or to block them altogether. If you disable cookies, the inquiry form cannot be sent.
Google Maps
On the contact page you can display a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The map is only loaded once you click "Load map". Only then is data such as your IP address sent to Google – possibly also to the USA – and Google may set cookies. The legal basis is the consent you give with that click (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). For more information, see Google's privacy policy.
You can message us using the WhatsApp buttons on this website. They are plain links: WhatsApp (WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Dublin, Ireland) only opens, and data is only sent to WhatsApp – possibly also to the USA – once you click one. Communication through WhatsApp is subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy. We use your messages and photos solely to deal with your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you would rather not use WhatsApp, you can reach us just as well by phone, email or the inquiry form.
Fonts
The fonts used on this website are loaded from our own server. No connection is made to Google or any other third party.
Links
We check the links leading away from our website very carefully. Nevertheless, we accept no responsibility or liability for the content of pages linked to from this website or from any other website.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact us using the details above.
If you believe that the processing of your data breaches data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
